FOSTEX USB Audio is a free program that provides support for Headphone Amplifiers such as HP-A8C and HP-A4 from Fostex. Due to restrictions of Windows, you will have to set the sampling frequency as 192000Hz or less. If noise occurs due to PC performance, adjust the buffer size.
